What we collect
When you contact us — through the form on this site, by email, phone or WhatsApp — we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not profile visitors. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare and deliver consulting engagements, and keep in touch about work you have asked us about. That is all.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except service providers we need to operate (such as email hosting), and only to the extent required. Where client engagements involve data in your systems, that data is governed by the engagement contract — not by this policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using any of the channels below and we will respond within one business day.
