Numbers your Monday meeting can act on.

The data is already in your systems. We turn it into live dashboards people actually use to decide — operational and financial views, automated reports, and KPIs defined with the people accountable for them.

When this is the right call

You’ll recognise the situation.

Most of the work we do starts with one of these. Each one, in the words we hear it — and what we do about it.

One definition. One owner. No argument.

Two departments quote different figures for the same thing, so the meeting spends its first twenty minutes arguing about which one is right.

Scope

What we build.

Not a data project. A set of numbers, each with an owner, each answering a question someone actually asks.

Live operational dashboards
Throughput, backlog, SLA, capacity — the state of the operation as it is right now, not as it was at month-end.
Financial views
Revenue, margin, cash and cost lines drawn straight from the books — the same figures finance signs off, seen daily.
KPI definitions
Every metric written down: what it measures, how it is calculated, who owns it. The argument about whose number is right, ended.
Automated reporting
The weekly pack, the board deck, the client report — produced by the system on schedule, from the same source every time.
Data model & pipelines
One consolidated, cleaned view across your systems, so every dashboard reads from the same truth.
Alerts & thresholds
A number crossing a line tells someone — before the meeting, not at it.
Why it works

Designed by whoever has the decision.

Most dashboards die because they were designed by whoever had the data, not by whoever has the decision.

01
Designed with the owner
Each dashboard is built with the person who will act on it, around the questions they actually ask. If a chart does not change a decision, it does not ship.
02
One definition per number
Before anything is drawn, every KPI has a written definition and a named owner. Two departments cannot disagree about a figure that has one formula.
03
Live, not assembled
Views read from the systems directly. Nobody exports, nobody pastes, nobody is on leave — the numbers are simply there.
How it runs

Five steps, starting with the questions — not the data.

Watch the right-hand side: a question becomes a number, the number gets a definition and an owner, its sources connect, it takes its place on a view, and the view joins the routine.

01
The questions

Workshops with the people who decide. What do you need to know, how often, and what would you do differently if you knew it?

02
The definitions

Each KPI written down and signed off by its owner before a single chart exists.

03
The model

Sources connected, data cleaned and consolidated into one view — the foundation every dashboard reads from.

04
The views

Dashboards and reports built on the model, reviewed with their owners on real data, and cut down to what gets used.

05
In the routine

Scheduled delivery, alert thresholds, and a short period of tuning while the numbers become part of how the meeting runs.

Before you write

The questions we get first.

Answered the way we would answer them on a call — plainly, and without a pitch.

Not usually. Most operations need one consolidated, cleaned view across a few systems — which is a model, not a warehouse. If your volumes or history genuinely call for more, we will say so, and why.

Whichever fits what you already own and who needs to read it — including the reporting built into Odoo where that is enough. The tool is the least important decision; the definitions are the most.

It is the normal starting point. Cleaning and consolidating is step three of five, and it usually surfaces process problems worth fixing on their own.

A dashboard is only as honest as its definitions and its source. That is why every KPI is written down and owned, and why views read from the systems directly rather than from someone’s export.

The dashboards are yours, in your environment, with the model documented. Your team can add views. If you want us to keep evolving them, that is a separate, small arrangement.

What number would change your next decision?

Bring the report nobody trusts. The first conversation is about the questions, not the charts.
